My name is Jo Machon and I am the Teenage Pregnancy Midwife.  My service is offered to all young people aged 18 years & under who live anywhere in Calderdale. I mainly work with teenagers who are pregnant or new to parenthood, but can offer a variety of information any young person.

I can be contacted by phone or text on 07887563708 Monday to Friday between 9 – 5.  My service is very confidential and unique to your personal circumstances; I can offer advice & assistance on –

Pregnancy

Parenthood

Termination of pregnancy

Sexual Health & Contraception

Both girls and boys can access my service and if I am unable to help you I will put you in contact with someone who can.

Please remember that anything you contact me about is confidential and, if necessary, we can work together on how and who should be contacted about your situation.

If you can talk to someone about your situation it sometimes makes things a lot easier to cope with.
